New Mills Properties Ltd. is running a Refer and Reward £50 offer for current tenants. The promotion will commence Friday, 1st March 2024, and end on Friday, 31st May 2024.
Tenants currently living in a property managed by this agency who successfully refer a friend or family member to New Mills Properties Ltd. will receive a £50 Love2shop gift voucher if they meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. Additionally the referred friend or family member will also receive a £50 Love2shop voucher if they pass referencing checks and move into a New Mills Properties home.
Tenants will be notified of the promotion and how to enter by email. Additionally, details of the promotion will be available on the New Mills Properties Ltd. website, social media feeds and the notice boards in shared houses.
Current tenants should ask their friend or family member to inform New Mills Properties Ltd. of their relationship at their viewing or when they pay their holding deposit. Current tenants are welcome to inform New Mills Properties Ltd. of their relationship with a potential tenant at any stage during the promotion by calling 01472 360178 or email hello@newmillsproperties.com
Upon meeting all eligibility criteria, the current tenant who referred the friend or family member will receive the £50 Love2shop gift voucher. The voucher will be either posted to the current tenant’s address or delivered by hand within one week after the referred tenant has moved into the property managed by New Mills Properties Ltd. The referred tenant will receive their voucher within one week of their move-in.
