Drop a postcode into the Property Detective search box and see information about the population, average age of residents, average household income and much more. It is really useful to know this information when considering who you will market your property to. For example, you might find it difficult to let to older people if the area is mostly inhabited by students.

Quickly create a form to collect potential tenant information online using Jotform. When tenants complete a form their data gets emailed to you instantly so that you can verify them before accepting them as a tenant.
